Tickets to the Florida International Audio Expo are purchased through this website
Presenting your electronic tickets at the show entrance:
Your purchase receipt will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase is complete. Your receipt will have your order number.
To gain entry to the show, you can present your receipt on your phone, a printed copy of your ticket, or we can look it up by the order number or the email it was purchased with.
Where to find your tickets after purchase:
Your email inbox: Search your inbox for an email from barta@floridaaudioexpo.com
Your Account: When you purchased and set up an account, you can log back in to view your order. https://floridaaudioexpo.com/my-account/
Why tickets might be missing:
- Incorrect email address: You’re logged into using a different email address than what you used to place the order or there’s a typo in the email address.
- Email deliverability: The confirmation was sent to your junk/spam folder or was unable to be delivered. Check your spam box for email from barta@floridaaudioexpo.com
What to do if you can't find your tickets:
Provide Order Information at the Show:
If you do not have your receipt or a printed copy, when you arrive at the show we will require your name & email address so we can look it up for you. It’s a quick and easy process, and we will hand you the wrist band to enter at that time.
