Tickets to the Florida International Audio Expo are purchased through Eventbrite
Presenting your electronic tickets at the show entrance:
Your tickets will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase is complete. You will not receive a hard copy of a ticket, it’s all done electronically. Your ticket will have the following information: Florida Audio Expo, Date, Location, Your Name, Ticket Type and Order Number.
To get into the show, just present your receipt on your phone, or a printed copy of your ticket.
Where to find your tickets after purchase:
Your email inbox: Search your inbox for an email from noreply@order.eventbrite.com
Your Eventbrite account: When you register for an event, Eventbrite automatically creates an account associated with your email address. Log in using the same email address and select “Tickets” from the dropdown in your Eventbrite account.
The Eventbrite app:
- iPhone: Log in and tap the ‘Tickets’ icon.
- Android: Log in and tap the ‘Profile’ icon. Then find your order and tap the ‘Tickets’ icon.
Why tickets might be missing:
- Incorrect email address: You’re logged into Eventbrite using a different email address than what you used to place the order or there’s a typo in the email address.
- Email deliverability: The confirmation was sent to your junk/spam folder or was unable to be delivered. Check your spam box for email from noreply@order.eventbrite.com
What to do if you can't find your tickets:
Provide Order Information at the Show:
If you do not have your receipt or a printed copy, when you arrive at the show we will require your name & email address so we can look it up for you. It’s a quick and easy process, and we will hand you the wrist band to enter at that time.
