Exhibitor Contract

We have changed our Exhibitor Contract process this year. Please contact Bart Andeer (barta@floridaaudioexpo.com) for availability and Expo details. Although we will try to accommodate your request, specific spaces are not guaranteed and we reserve the right to reallocate space or deny a request if we deem it to be in the best interest of FAE and/or its Exhibitors.

Exhibitor Shipping Policy

Exhibitors must download the shipping policy to see all rules and requirements. Florida Audio Expo is working with Omni Logistics, an award winning, trusted, full service logistics company founded in 2001.

Delivery to the Hotel – Freight carriers will not be allowed to deliver directly to the show site(s). The Hotel will not accept freight and shipments will be refused.

EXHIBITOR SETUP: Begins Thursday, February 6th to be completed by 10 AM on Friday, February 7th.

EXHIBITOR BREAKDOWN: Begins February 9th after 5 PM and Exhibitors

MUST vacate all spaces no later than 10 AM February 10th.

FREIGHT: To Be Announced!

Please read clause #5 in the contract closely – all cancellation fees WILL APPLY!

Payment Procedure:

There are no online payment options. All exhibit room reservations are being handled directly by Bart Andeer, General Manager, who can be reached at 863-825-5380
